Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all billing information, shipping addresses, email addresses, and contact phone numbers provided during checkout are accurate and current. Any errors in this information may result in order delays, cancellation, undeliverable shipments, or additional fees including restocking charges. Given the time-sensitive nature of products, incorrect delivery information may result in product spoilage or loss, for which you will be held responsible.
Cancellation Timeline and Restrictions
Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately upon placing your order. Your cancellation request is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from our team.
Once an order has been picked, packed, or has physically left our warehouse (whether partially or completely shipped), it is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled. Such orders will require processing as a return and will be subject to applicable return shipping costs, restocking fees, and our standard return policy.
Cancellation Fees and Processing
All customer-initiated cancellations processed after your credit card has been charged will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the non-recoverable costs associated with payment processing.
Special Product Restrictions
The following categories of products have specific cancellation restrictions due to their specialized nature:
- Special Order Items: Custom orders, special request products, and items ordered specifically for you are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins

- Shipping restrictions to your location due to regulations
- Export/import restrictions for products
- Inability to meet special handling or delivery requirements

- Bulk orders exceeding standard quantity limits

Notification and Refund Process
If we must cancel all or part of your order, we will contact you promptly via email or phone using the information provided during checkout. For orders canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise specified for special circumstances.
